THE CAST OF MANIAC. When I was a kid I used to draw pretty regularly. I never considered myself a very good illustrator and based on these drawings I just did of the main characters in William Lustig’s Maniac, I guess I still don’t.  But they were fun to do.  I did not do Sharon Mitchell justice and made her face too small and chubby, but if you turn the drawing upside down it does look a little more like her.  Clearly Caroline Munro looks more like the maniac than Joe Spinell. I  kind of like how Frank Zito and his rotting corpse of a mom turned out.
