Burmese Pork Stew. I’ve made this amazing dish a couple of times and it is outrageously delicious. The recipe appeared in the August 2011 issue of Bon Appetit and you can find it HERE.  It’s a process, but well worth the time it takes. I used less sugar (it’s necessary) and more garlic, otherwise followed the recipe as it was written.
