Wonderland Estates

This past weekend was Artscape, (massive arts festival in Baltimore) and I had a ton of stuff going on that ran me ragged for literally months. This would explain my lack of updating.

There were two major arts environments that I created with the help of about 70+ artists, more if you include the art car exhibit which I also coordinated.  These photos are of a series of plastic playhouses that we collected with 1-800-GOT-JUNK. Each donated house was paired up with a different artist and at the end of the festival we gave most of them away to new homes.

The overall environment was a bit edgy, yet still very kid-friendly. More photos of some of the other work in another post.

Liquid Sky - Project: 1982

I have always loved the 80s and am excited to be using them for inspiration for a big July Artscape project called 1982. Calls for Entry will be out by the end of the month.  Check these images from Liquid Sky which came out that year.
