(X) PRIMAL PLEASURE.

SINS OF A PARIS DOCTOR.

I came across a small pile of vintage smut yesterday…mostly water-damaged and gnawed on by rats. This was the only one without any gnaw marks on it.

The inexplicable Hobo Font as seen in The Good Wife.

Son of Dracula.  Ad mat, 1974.

ANDY WARHOL’S FRANKENSTEIN. August 1974 print ad. Back when it was fun to look at the movie pages in newspapers.

The Manhandlers, opening titles.

I am finding that Etsy is a complete and total craft ghetto and wondering if I can find a place where my aesthetic is appreciated there.

Tit Crown!
I love the subliminal art on this packaging for baby underwear.  Featured on the front and back of this gem is a baby dressed in his royal finery, complete with a breast bursting out of the top of his crown!  He’s got tits on the brain, full cheeks and has such an appetite for Mommy milk that he needs these leak proof underwear.

Listed on Ebay, link in sidebar.

Awarded! As seen on the back of Sir! Magazine vintage paperback Jokes For Private Parties.

Pulp fiction book design. Three back covers from 50s-60s vintage paperbacks.

Another example of the unnerving and inexplicable use of Hobo Font. This seen in the trailer for the Al Adamson biker flick, Satan’s Sadists.

Mixed Race Romances!

Liana — “Her Color Was No Barrier — To Men.” I guess women don’t like her color.  Either way, she is hot and so is the white dude in the nicely fitting swimming outfit.  Sadly, the back of the book says Liana’s story “ends on a note of tragic inevitability.”

Kundu — Can you just feel the pulsing, explosive beat that drives white men crazy?  The back cover confirms this, “white exiles, each secretly roused by the primitive frenzy.”  And description gets more colorful, “fetid villages and wind-cooled valleys, of barbaric natives and over-civilized whites.”

Making way for a clean getaway, so lots of cool stuff I’ve collected over the years going up on Ebay.

There was some amazing cover art done for H.G. Wells’ classic The Invisible Man.  Here are two of them from my collection now on Ebay.
